Shutterfly's Return Policy
  • Your satisfaction is our top priority.
  • If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please visit our Contact Shutterfly page to connect with a Customer Care team member. We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

 

Returns & Refunds
  • Depending upon what you're returning, we will let you know how to return the items. 
  • If your return or refund request is not due to a Shutterfly error or is made more than 60 days after the original order date, Shutterfly may issue store credit instead of a refund or apply a 50% return fee. 
  • Shutterfly is unable to refund return shipping charges.
