Shutterfly has some restrictions on the storage and usage of adult images.

Image Storage Guidelines
Shutterfly does not impose general restrictions on the storage of nude or adult images within user accounts, provided each image complies with the following criteria:
- Copyright Compliance: The image must not violate Copyright Policies and must be legally owned by the account holder.
- Legal and Policy Compliance: Storage of images is prohibited if the content is illegal or violates Section 1 ("Your Use of Our Sites and Apps") of the Shutterfly Terms & Conditions.
- These guidelines apply exclusively to image storage. Additional restrictions apply to image usage, as outlined below.
Image Usage Restrictions
Beyond storage, the following limitations apply to the use of Shutterfly services for adult or sensitive images:
- Order Fulfillment: Orders containing images that violate Section 1 of the Terms and Conditions cannot be processed.
- Public Sharing Prohibited: Such content must not be shared publicly, including through shared albums or other public-facing features.
- Per Section 1 of the Shutterfly Terms & Conditions, usage is restricted for content deemed "unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable."
