• The account address or '(self)' contact must remain, as this is the default shipping address.
• The '(self)' contact will always be listed first indicated with an orange '(self)' next to it.
• To update the '(self)' address, please follow the 'Edit a Contact' steps below for the correct device.
• The '(self)' address is unable to be marked as another address. 
• All shipping addresses must come from the Address Book.

1. Tap the person icon (Account) in the upper right corner. 

2. Tap 'Address Book.'

3. Tap 'Add Address' and Tap 'Enter Manually'.

4. Enter the contact details in each field and Tap 'Done' to save the contact.

• • Tap 'Use household name' once a household name has been entered to toggle between default to household name.

Android Device Steps:

1. Tap the person 'Account' icon in the upper right corner. 

2. Tap 'Address Book.'

3. Tap '+' icon to manually enter a contact.

4. Tap 'Enter addresses manually'.

5. Enter the contact details in each field and Tap the checkmark in the upper right corner.

• • Tap 'Use household name' once a household name has been entered to toggle between default to household name.

iOS Device Steps:

1. Tap the person icon (Account) in the upper right corner. 

2. Tap 'Address Book.'

3. Tap 'Add Address' and Tap 'Import from contacts'.

4. Select desired contacts and Click 'Done'.

Android Device Steps:

1. Tap the person 'Account' icon in the upper right corner. 

2. Tap 'Address Book.'

3. Tap '+' icon.

4. Tap 'Import contacts'.

5. Tap 'Allow', if prompted, to allow Shutterfly to access contacts.
6. Select desired contacts, Enter any missing information, and Tap 'Done' or the checkmark in the upper right corner.

iOS Device Steps:

1. Tap the person icon (Account) in the upper right corner. 

2. Tap 'Address Book.'

3. Tap the three horizontal dots beside the desired contact and Tap 'Edit'.

4. Edit information and Tap 'Done'.

Android Device Steps:

1. Tap the person 'Account' icon in the upper right corner. 

2. Tap 'Address Book.'

3. Tap the three vertical dots and Tap 'Edit'.

4. Edit the information and Tap the checkmark in the top left.

iOS Device Steps:

1. Tap the person icon (Account) in the upper right corner. 

2. Tap 'Address Book.'

3. Tap the three horizontal dots beside the desired contact and Tap 'Delete'.

• • Caution: There is no confirmation prompt for this action. Tapping 'Delete' immediately removes the address.

Android Device Steps:

1. Tap the person icon (Account) in the upper right corner. 

2. Tap 'Address Book.'

3. Tap the three vertical dots and Tap 'Delete'.

4. Tap 'Delete' to confirm deletion.
