Finding Shipping Costs
Given the wide variety of products offered, shipping prices are tailored to each item. Simply add a blank item to the cart to see shipping costs for each item or order.
- Select the desired item.
- Select any desired size or add-ons and Click 'Personalize'.
- Click 'Add To Cart' and Click 'Add to Cart'.
- There's no need to personalize the item to find shipping costs.
- Click 'Proceed To Checkout'.
- Review the shipping costs and Click the arrow beside 'Taxes and fees' to review International Taxes & Duties.
- Click 'Edit Cart', Click the 'X' beside the product, and Click 'Remove' to take the item out of the cart to prevent confusion later.
Duty Fees
- Shutterfly orders shipped to Canada, Australia, and the UK include applicable customs duties and fees in the charges displayed at checkout.
- Shipments to other international destinations default to including applicable customs duties and fees, but there is an option for delivery with duties unpaid.
- If this option is selected, applicable duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times to international addresses is 10-12 business days from the shipping date. Key reminders for international deliveries include:
- A physical street address is required; P.O. Boxes are not accepted.
- Shipping to major cities and industrial areas may be faster; rural and non-industrialized areas might experience delays.
- Additional delays may occur during holiday seasons or due to inclement weather.
