- Feedback can be submitted regarding any experience by selecting the category that best fits, ensuring it reaches the appropriate team members for review.

Feedback regarding Help Center articles may be submitted to highlight any articles that may need attention. Feedback should be related solely related to Help Center articles.

Submitting Help Center Article Feedback
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Help Center Article and Click the thumbs up or thumbs down icon beside "Was this article helpful?" at the bottom of any Help Center Article.

- Clicking thumbs up will display a green bar at the top of the screen indicating the feedback has been submitted.
- Clicking thumbs down will reveal a drop-down box to "Choose a general reason" with the following options:
- Duplicate
- Information Inaccurate
- Link Broken
- Need to Archive
- Outdated (Needs Update)
- Poorly Written (Not Clear)
- Other
- Select the option that best fits the reason for the feedback, Enter detailed feedback in the 'Feedback' box, and Click Submit.
Customer Care Satisfaction Surveys
- After an interaction with a Customer Care Agent, an email survey may be sent requesting feedback about the interaction or overall experience. Completing this survey is encouraged to help enhance the Shutterfly experience.
