Organizing photos within Shutterfly is simple by creating Folders to sort images by date, event, or other categories.

Creating an Album
- Click Photos in the upper right corner after signing into Shutterfly and Click Albums.
- Click 'Create Album'.
- Enter the Album title and Click 'Create.'

- Click 'Add Photos' and Select where to add photos from.

- Select images and Click 'Add'.

- Images will be added to the Album.

Adding Photos to Existing Albums
There are three ways to add photos to existing albums.
First Option
- Click Photos in the upper right corner after signing into Shutterfly and Click 'Albums'.

- Click the desired Album.

- Click 'Add Photos' and Select where to upload the photos from.

- Select desired photos and Click 'Add'.

Second Option
- Click Photos in the upper right corner after signing into Shutterfly.

- Double-click the desired photo, Click 'Add to Album' in the lower left corner, and Select the desired Album to add the photo to.

Third Option
- Click Photos in the upper right corner after signing into Shutterfly.

- Select desired images and Click 'Add to Album' on the bottom toolbar.

Remove a Photo From an Album
- Click Photos in the upper right corner after signing into Shutterfly.

- Click 'Albums' on the top toolbar.
- Click the desired Album.
- Hover over the picture and Click the Folder icon to remove the picture from the album.

- This action only removes the photo from the album, not from the Shutterfly account.
- To remove multiple photos: Select the photos, Click the folder icon on the black toolbar, and Click 'Delete'.

Move Photos Between Albums
- Select the desired photos within the Album, Hover over the folder icon on the bottom toolbar, and Click 'Move to'.

- Click the Album to move the photos to.

- Select 'Copy to' to duplicate the photo in another Album while keeping it in the current one.
Folders
Folders can be created to easily organize Albums.
Viewing Folders
- Click the orange circle with the right arrow while in Albums.

Creating a Folder
- Click '+ Create Folder' while the Folder List is visible.

- Enter desired Folder Name and Click 'Create'.

Remove Album From Folder
- Click the orange circle and Click the desired Folder.

- Hover over the Album to display 'Actions'.

- Click 'Delete' to remove the Album from the Folder (this does not delete the photos from the 'Photos' section).

FAQs
Can an Album be viewed as a slideshow?
- Yes, double-click any photo within the album and select 'Slideshow' at the bottom of the photo.
- The slideshow will automatically cycle through the photos in the current album at regular intervals.
- Interval length and transitions are unable to be customized.
- To stop the slideshow, click the pause button, and to exit, click the "X" in the upper right corner.
Can the Albums and Photos be rearranged or sorted?
- Albums can be sorted by Date Created or Album Name by clicking the drop-down beside 'Sort by' in the upper right corner.
- Photos within an Album can be sorted by:
- Date Taken (Old-New)
- Date Taken (New-Old)
- Added (New-Old)
- Added (Old-New)
- Name (A-Z)
- Name (Z-A)
- No other sorting options are currently available.
Can an Album be renamed?
- Yes, rename an album by clicking the album name and entering a new one (up to 50 characters).
- Alternately, hover over the album thumbnail, click rename, and enter the new Album name.
Can an Album cover be changed?
- Yes, open the desired album, hover over the album image, select 'Change Cover', and choose a new image from the album.
- Any photo from the Album can be added as the Album cover.

Favorite Photos
- Hover over a photo or video and click the heart icon on the right to mark it as a favorite.

- To view all favorites, click the Search bar and select the Heart icon in the top left corner.
- Favorites can also be marked in Album View, though filtering options are not available in that view.
