• Note: Requests for deletion of personal information are treated as account closure requests and will include the deletion of all photos associated with the account. 
• Receiving a 404 Error screen indicates the account isn't signed in.
  • Sign into the account and use the link above to submit an account deletion request.
• The process may include additional steps to verify your identity after submitting the request. 
• Deletion may take up to 45 days after completion of verification steps.
• Account Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
  • For this reason, both a form submission and account verification email will be required to initiate the process.
