Order History: App Edition

Discover how to review order details and check order status on iOS or Android devices.

Here Are The Details

Use the following steps under the correct device, for how to locate Order History, including Order Status, Cancel Order link (within 30 minutes), and Tracking information.

  • Order missed delivery? Please contact Customer Care using the in-app Chat feature for help locating the order.
  • If Chat is offline, please visit the mobile browser Help Center for our hours of operation.

Review Order Details & Status

iOS & Android Device Steps

  1. Tap 'Account' (person icon in upper right corner).
  2. Tap 'Order History.'

Order History  

  1. View Orders-listed chronologically and will display the following information:
    • Order date 
    • Order number
    • Order Description
    • Current status 

Order History

  1. Tap any order to view more information and tracking.
    • Order Number
    • Shipping Address
    • Order Status/Shipping Information
    • Product Description and Quantity
    • Product Price
    • Order Totals Including Promos or Credits
    • Total Paid

Cancel Order

iOS & Android Device Steps

  1. Tap 'Account.'
  2. Tap 'Order History.'

Tap Order History 

  1. Tap desired order.
  2. Tap 'Cancel Order' (this will be displayed if the order is in a cancelable state).

Tap Cancel Order 

  1. Tap 'Cancel Order' in the confirmation pop-up.

Confirm Cancellation 

    • Order will show in Order History as Cancelled.

Cancellation Confirmed 

    • If unable to select ‘Cancel Order, ' the order is ineligible to be canceled. Please view Shutterfly's Return Policy.
