Customers can manage browsing data, including browsing and download history, cache, cookies, passwords, and saved form data. Clearing browsing data allows data to be deleted from a selected date or period. There are many errors that can be resolved by simply clearing cache and cookies. Use the steps below to troubleshoot errors.

Deleting Temp Files: Chrome
- NOTE: Press CTRL, Shift, and Delete to skip steps 1-2.

Click the 3-Dot icon on the upper right of the browser tool bar

Click 'Delete browsing data...'.

Select the Time Range to delete.

Check the following :

Click 'Delete data'.

Close all tabs and Re-launch Chrome.

Tap Settings.

Tap Privacy & Security.

Tap 'Delete Browsing Data'.

Ensure the following are selected:

Click the Safari button at the top left.

Click 'Settings'.

Select the 'Advanced' tab and ensure 'Show features for web developers' is checked.

Click on the 'Develop' menu in the title bar and Select 'Empty Caches'.
Clear Cookies
- Click 'Safari' at the top left.
- Select 'Settings'.
- Click the 'Privacy' tab and Click 'Manage Website Data'.
- Click 'Remove All' and Click 'Done'.

Tap the Settings icon on the mobile device.

Scroll down and Select Safari.

Select Clear History and Website Data.
Deleting Temp Files: Microsoft Edge
Microsoft Edge

- Open Microsoft Edge and Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

Select 'Choose what to clear.'
- Select 'Cookies' and 'Saved website data' and Select Clear.
