Helpful Tips
- If the payment information on an account has expired and is subsequently updated, multiple payments may be processed simultaneously if there are outstanding charges for a Video Plan.
Video Plans Offered
Shutterfly offers the following Video Plans:
- 60GB for $19.99/year
- 300GB for $49.99/year
- Unlimited for $139.99/year
- Note: Videos cannot exceed 2GB.
Accepted Video Formats
The following Video formats are accepted:
Purchasing a Video Plan
- Click 'Hi, (Your Name)' and Click 'Account & Settings' after signing into Shutterfly.
- Click ‘Upgrade’ under the Photo & Video Details.

- Click 'Upgrade' under the desired plan.

- Enter billing information and Click 'Upgrade'.
Viewing Storage Used
- Click 'Hi, (Your Name)' and Click 'Account & Settings' after signing into Shutterfly.

- Scroll to Photo & Video Details to view the current usage.

Update Billing Information
- Click 'Hi, (Your Name)' and Click 'Account & Settings' after signing into Shutterfly.

- Scroll to Photo & Video Details and Click 'Update' beside Update Billing Information.

- Enter updated billing information and Click Save.

Auto-renewal
- Auto-renewal allows the credit card on file to be charged annually, eliminating the need to remember to renew each year.
- Click 'Hi, (Your Name)' and Click 'Account & Settings' after signing into Shutterfly.

- Scroll to Photo & Video Details and Toggle Auto-renewal on or off.

- Turning off auto-renewal will cancel the plan at the end of your current subscription period.
Cancelling a Video Plan
Video Plans must be canceled within 30 days of the original purchase or renewal date.
- Canceling Video Plans after 30 days will cancel the plan for the next renewal date and a refund is unable to be provided.
- For cancellations made within 30 days of purchase or renewal, the following will applies:
- A refund will be processed.
- The Shutterfly account will reflect this change immediately.
- A confirmation email will be sent from Shutterfly.
- The refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on the financial institution.
- After cancellation, existing videos will remain accessible under 'Photos' for sharing or downloading.
- Once the Video plan period ends, no new videos can be uploaded.
- Please contact Shutterfly to cancel a Video Plan.
