A saved project is easily accessible and editable. Once saved, the project name can be edited by going to 'Projects' within the account. Projects can also be easily shared to friends and family.
- NOTE: TripPix has been discontinued, but books can still be accessed in 'Projects'.

Helpful Tips
- Check the 'Saved Projects' tab within 'Projects' for any missing previously purchased projects.
- Print sets created in the app can only be edited within the app, but will be displayed on the website as well.
- Please note the following about reordering via Phone, Email, or Chat:
- Only part or all of the original order can be reordered. Other prints or products not included in the initial order must be ordered separately.
- Reorders will incur shipping charges. Different shipping methods can be requested and will be billed according to the costs listed on the site.
- To receive any discounts or special offers, the reorder must independently qualify for the offers.
- The original order can't be used to meet qualifying levels.
- Reorders will be treated in the system as separate orders.
- If the saved project is unable to be found when wanting to order from a previous order, contact Customer Care and have the order number ready.
- Authorization for the charge amount will be requested prior to placing the reorder.
Saving a Project
- A Shutterfly account is required to save a project.
- For website projects, verify the project was saved by checking the "last saved" time near the Save button.
- Access saved projects through the 'Projects' section on the website or the 'Projects' tab in the mobile app.
Saving a Project
- Create a project.
- Add text and/or photos.
- Click the Save link at the top of the page.
- Select 'Save' to save the project.
Saved Projects
- Projects saved to a Shutterfly account can be located in the 'Projects' tab of the account.

- There are three tabs within the 'Projects' tab.
- Saved Projects: Includes all projects saved to the account. This section may also include projects purchased before 3/10/26.
- Purchased Projects: Displays all purchased projects. If a purchased project doesn't appear here, review 'Saved Projects'.
- Recently Deleted: Contains projects that were deleted within the past 30 days.
- Deleted projects are permanently removed after 30 days.
- Projects can be restored during this period by hovering over the project and selecting 'Restore'.
Editing a Project
- Once saved, a project can be edited at a later time.
- Sign in to the Shutterfly account and Click 'Projects'.

- Hover over the project and Click 'Edit'.
- The project will open and editing options will be available.
Renaming a Project
- Renaming a Saved Project makes organizing and finding projects easier.
- Sign in to Shutterfly and Click 'Projects'.
- Hover over the project and Click 'Rename'.
- Highlight the current title, Type the new name for the project, and Click 'Rename'.
Deleting a Project
- Once in Projects, selected projects can be deleted.
- Sign in to Shutterfly and Click 'Projects'.
- Hover over the project to delete and Click 'Delete'.

- Click 'Delete' to verify deletion.

Creating a Copy of a Project
- Create a copy of a project to keep the original, but make edits to a new version.
- Sign in to Shutterfly and Click 'Projects'.

- Hover over the project and Click 'Copy'.

- Highlight the current name, Type the new name, and Click 'Copy'.

- The new copy of the project will then show up in saved Projects.
Ordering a Saved Project
- Shutterfly provides the option to edit and save a project to then come back later to finish, review what has been ordered, and/or order more in the future.
- Sign in to the Shutterfly account and Click 'Projects' in the upper right-hand corner.

- Click 'Edit' on the desired project.

- Preview the project and Click 'Add to Cart'.

- Click 'Proceed to checkout' and Complete checkout.
Sharing a Project
- Projects created in the app are unable to be shared on the website and the Share button will be greyed out.
- Open the project in a mobile browser and click the three horizontal dots to Share the project.
- Projects can be shared and viewed by those without a Shutterfly account, though saving or editing requires an account.
- Sharing allows recipients to save and edit the project in their own account, leaving the original unchanged.
- Up to 20 Projects can be shared within a 24-hour period.
- After 24 hours, an additional 20 projects can be shared.
Sharing a Project Steps
- Sign in to Shutterfly and Click 'Projects'.

- Hover over the project to share and Click 'Share'.

- Click 'Create Link'.

- Click 'Copy' to copy the link to paste where desired for sharing and Click 'Done'.

TripPix
Shutterfly has discontinued the TripPix app, but TripPix books can still be viewed and reordered by going to 'Projects' within the Shutterfly account.
