The fastest way to install the Shutterfly app is to install it directly on the iPhone or Android Device. Below are the ways to install the app on both devices.

Install App
iOS Device Steps
- Tap the 'App Store' icon on the iPhone.
- Click here to go to the App Store.
- Search for the word 'Shutterfly.'
- Tap 'Shutterfly: Prints Cards Gifts.'
- Tap 'Install.'
- Enter your iTunes password and Tap 'Okay.'
Android Device Steps
- Tap the 'Play Store' icon on the Android.
- Click here to go to the Play Store.
- Please Note: The Shutterfly Android app is only available to the United States and Canadian customers at this time. International customer support will hopefully be offered in the future.
- Search for the word 'Shutterfly.'
- Tap 'Shutterfly: Prints Cards Gifts.'
- Tap 'Install.'
- Enter your Play Store password and Tap 'Install.'
IOS Only: Install from PC/Mac and Sync to iPhone
- Launch iTunes.
- Search for 'Shutterfly for iPhone' in the App Store.
- Click 'Download/Install.'
- The app download will begin immediately.
- Enter your Apple ID and password if prompted.
- Connect your iPhone to the PC or Mac once the app is downloaded.
- Sync the phone with your computer.
- The app will transfer to the iPhone.
- If the app did not sync, go to the 'Apps' tab in iTunes and make sure the 'Shutterfly...' app is selected, then click 'Sync.'
Uninstall the Shutterfly App
iOS Device Steps
- Press and Hold the "Shutterfly" icon on the iPhone.
- Tap the 'X' in the corner of the icon when the icon begins to wiggle.
- Tap 'Delete' and Tap 'Home.'
- This will delete the application and all settings, but will not affect the Shutterfly account itself.
- The Shutterfly account will still be accessible with all photos and projects by viewing Shutterfly on the web at Shutterfly.com.
Android Device Steps
- Press and Hold the "Shutterfly" icon on the Android.
- Move the icon up into the 'Uninstall' trash bin and Release the icon.
- Tap 'OK' to confirm the installation of the app.
- This will delete the application and all settings, but will not affect the Shutterfly account itself.
- The Shutterfly account will still be accessible with all photos and projects by viewing Shutterfly on the web at Shutterfly.com.
