Shutterfly provides the option for accounts to be created and linked with Facebook, simplifying the login process and reducing the need for multiple credentials.

Helpful Tips
  • The email address on on the Facebook account must match the one on the Shutterfly account. 
    • Using a Facebook profile with a different email will create a duplicate Shutterfly account without previously saved photos or projects (creating a brand new account). 
  • If the Facebook profile doesn't include an email address, one must be added before linking the accounts. 
  • Once a Shutterfly and Facebook account are linked, name or email changes must be completed via Facebook.

Create a Shutterfly Account Using Facebook Credentials
  • Shutterfly offers the option to create an account with Facebook credentials through the website or Android app (unavailable for iOS). 
  1. Click 'Sign In' on the Shutterfly homepage and Click 'Sign Up'.

  2. Click the Facebook icon.

  1. Enter the Facebook account email and password and Click 'Log In'.

Click Log In

  1. Verify the correct account is being linked and Click 'Continue as (Your Name)'

Logging In Using Facebook
  1. Click 'Sign In' on the Shutterfly homepage and Click 'Sign In'.

  1. Click the Facebook icon.

  1. Enter the Facebook account email and password.
    • A message will be displayed that advises a Shutterfly account already exists.

Facebook Login

  1. Enter the Shutterfly Password.
  2. Click 'Link Your Accounts'.
    • Once linked, either 'Continue With Facebook' or Shutterfly credentials can be used to access the account.

 

Unlinking Facebook
  1. Sign in to the Shutterfly account, Click 'Hi, (Your Name), and Click Account & Settings.

  1. Scroll down to 'Linked Accounts' and Click 'Unlink Facebook Account'.

Click Unlink Facebook Account

  1. Click 'Unlink & Sign Out'.
    • Note: If the account was created using Facebook, a prompt will appear to enter an email address for the Shutterfly account.
