Shutterfly allows order cancellations up to 30 minutes after the order has been placed.

Orders for in-store pickup, prepaid plans, video plans, and Gift Certificates are unable to be cancelled.
Steps to Cancel an Order
There are two ways to cancel a Shutterfly order within the first 30 minutes or placing the order.
Cancel Order From Order Confirmation Email
- Click 'cancel your order' in the order confirmation email.

- Click 'Cancel Order' within the Order Details page.

- Click 'Cancel Order' to confirm the order cancellation.

- Click 'Close' on the cancellation confirmation and see the red Order Cancellation Confirmation at the top left.

Cancel Order From Shutterfly Site
- Click 'Hi, (Your Name)' and Click 'Order Status' from the dropdown at the top of the Shutterfly site.

- Click 'View order details' beside the order date of the order to be canceled.

- Complete Steps 2-4 from above.
Making Changes to an Order
- Once an order has been placed, it can't be modified.
- If no items from the order have been printed, the order must be cancelled and a new order with the necessary corrections should be placed.
