Here Are The Details

Using the site enhancements on the Shutterfly website while the app remains on the previous version may require a full force close and restart of the app to ensure the correct user experience.

Force Close App on iOS 
  1. Swipe up from the very bottom of the screen and Pause in the middle until the open apps are displayed.

  1. Find the Shutterfly app and Swipe the app's preview upwards off of the screen.

  1. Go to the Android device Settings and Click 'Apps'.

  1. Type 'Shutterfly' in the search bar and Click the Shutterfly icon.

  1. Click 'Force Stop' to stop the app.

OR

  1. Click the three vertical lines at the bottom of the screen.

Swipe Up 

  1. Swipe up on the Shutterfly app OR Click 'Close All'.
