Can bulk Photo Books/Yearbooks be individually personalized? 

• Books can be individually personalized and don't have to contain the same content. 

What happens if there is an error in the Photo Book/Yearbook and it isn't noticed until the books are delivered? 

• Shutterfly isn't responsible or liable for any errors in the final product.
• However, if a manufacturing error occurs, Shutterfly will reprint the Photo Book at no cost.

How many pages can be included in a Photo Book/Yearbook? 

• Photo Books have a minimum of 20 pages and a maximum of 111 pages.
• Each side of the paper stock counts as one page.

How many photos can be used in a Photo Book/Yearbook? 

• Up to 800 images can be added to a Photo Book project.

How can a Photo Book/Yearbook be proofed? 

• Carefully preview each page by clicking through the book to check for errors before ordering.

How can collaboration with others be done when making a Photo Book/Yearbook? 

• Collaborating on a Photo Book on the Shutterfly website is challenging.
• When multiple people sign into one account and work on the same project, it often results in a loss of work.
• Shutterfly is unable to protect part of the book to allow others to work on specific pages.
• There is currently no way to copy and paste pages between book projects.
• The Photo Book/Yearbook can be shared between accounts and worked on, but the original Photo Book/Yearbook will not be changed unless it is changed from the original account.

What if I need more Photo Books/Yearbooks later?

• To order 10 or more Photo Books at a later date, place another order using the bulk promo code.
• Pricing is based on the number of Photo Books needed, so it may differ from the original costs.
• If ordering less than 10 additional books, add the books to the cart and checkout using the listed price with any available discounts.

Are Yearbook styles available?

• Shutterfly offers Storytelling styles, including traditional Yearbook page layouts and other school-related ideas. 
• Available sizes: 8x8, 8x11, 10x10, 11x8, 12x12, and 11x14 sizes.
• Click on any style to see larger previews and embellishments, then click "Select this Photo Book" on the desired design to get started.

Can students, parents, or others purchase a book individually from the Shutterfly site?

• Individual Yearbooks or other Photo Books cannot be purchased at the discounted price offered through the promo.
• Books must be ordered in bulk from one Shutterfly account.
• Only one payment method is accepted per Yearbook/Bulk Photo Book Plan. 
    

How to confirm a Photo Book/Yearbook order was placed?

• A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the Shutterfly account used for the purchase. 
• Order history can also be viewed by clicking 'Hi, (Your Name)' and 'Order Status' from the Shutterfly homepage.

Do Photo Books/Yearbooks all have to be the same size?

• No, the discount will apply to any combination of book sizes.

What payment methods are accepted?
